Social Media Marketing Manager - German speaking

An igaming operator is looking for a German speaking Social Media Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing Team. The Social Media Marketing Manager will play a key role in building an in-house Social Media agency, to manage all social media activity for the company’s brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate Social Media Marketing guru to build communities, create marketing strategies and campaigns, build new social media channels and increase the brand market coverage for the German speaking markets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create Social Media strategies for each of the company’s brands
• Plan Social Media Marketing with CMO
• Order materials for Social Media campaigns
• Coordinate the production of all social media marketing campaigns in a timely manner
• Ensure rollout of each campaign in accordance with the Social Media Marketing roadmap
• Manage target groups, budget & optimize according to KPIs
• Create content with the assistance of marketing team
• Competitor analysis and benchmark reports

Education, Experience & Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in German (C2)
• Social Media Marketing guru! This is your biggest passion!
• Social Media language expert (in German)
• Degree or education in Digital Marketing
• Experience of community building, advertising, retargeting, tracking
• Management of target resports & budgets
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Experience in advertising through fb and other Social Media channels
• Understanding of igaming; casino & sportsbook
• Able to prioritise & deliver to tight deadlines, in accordance with KPIs
• Able to be flexible in terms of working hours to be able to meet delivery of campaigns

Excellent remuneration! The role can be based in Malta, or can be offered to someone working remotely but able to work office hours & commute to Malta, as and when required (pending COVID restrictions)
