Account Manager - B2B iGaming Company

Our client is a fast growing B2B igaming company which has been growing from strength to strength over the past few years . They focus on 3 different game verticals for Online casinos and are looking to expand their Account Management team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own customer relationships, and become the bridging factor between the customer accounts and the company
  • Take commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives
  • Develop and implement customer account plans that drive success, maximizing long/short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the company's gaming solutions and offerings
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of gaming solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Be responsible for monthly revenue tracking and reporting, giving clear information on the customer's performance, achievements, activities, and any other information when required
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships on all levels
  • Participate and take an active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars in the industry
  • At all times be a good Ambassador and have a clear understanding of and the importance of the company's core valuesBe willing to travel to meet new customers


Candidate's Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry
  • Account Management experience within iGaming Experience in managing high-value accounts and clients would be a strong asset.
  • Fluent English, plus knowledge of another European language, ideally Italian or Russian would be a distinct asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions-based customer's requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details
  • A background in Customer Service or in CRM management or promotion management experience highly desirable
