We are looking for a hands-on person with a growth mindset who will join the marketing team and take responsibility for implementing, analysing, and optimising customer acquisition activities. In the team leadership role, you need to be equal parts left brain analytical thinker and right brain audience and creative strategy as you oversee the execution of the media buying vertical.

To succeed in this role, you should be tech-savvy with some advanced knowledge of online media buying and campaigns optimisations in general. You should also be a great communicator and decision-maker who can collaborate well with other verticals in the wider marketing team

Your goal will be to create and optimise media marketing campaigns to increase profit and revenue of the campaigns and help achieve business goals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Mobile and Web traffic acquisition on CPM, CPC, CPI & CPA basis - Native, Display, Programmatic, Mobile, Video, Direct, Social, Search, POP, Push, etc.
  • Develop digital media strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, budget allocation, media selection and other relevant information.
  • Optimise ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, currency focus, frequency, time zones, etc.
  • Landing page testing, and optimisation
  • Be responsible for your Media Buyer team’s delivery of strategic recommendations, campaign execution, and insightful reporting
  • Assist with the forecasting and management of multimillion-euro budgets, demonstrating ROI and optimising acquisition campaigns by analysing market trends and testing new target segments.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor degree or higher education
  • Excellent communication skills in English (level C1 or C2 / native required)
  • Naturally confident with great interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at “all levels”
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with 3+ years recent experience of working in a B2C e-commerce, crypto or igaming company
  • Experience within digital advertising with knowledge of the online advertising industry - DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, tracking and ad serving technologies, etc’
  • Full comprehension of online business marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPC, CPA, ROI, FTDs etc.)
  • A highly analytical mindset, using data-driven decision making in a performance-based environment
  • Results driven & exceptionally well organised
  • Previous experience of acting team lead for media buying
  • Previous experience of taking responsibility for budget and PnL
