Our client is a leading business service provider I-gaming industry. They are working with market leader operators providing full-fledged operational support and servicing six leading brands. They are currently focused on emerging markets and aim to be the best in the field, by anticipating customer needs and by continuously working on the development of innovative solutions that meet and exceed expectations! 

 

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Payments Product manager, you will be responsible to ensuring optimal relationship between departments and with payment providers

 

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Payment Service Providers
  • Coordinating the onboarding of the new Payment Service Providers
  • Coordinating the communication with different departments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a database and ensuring payment provider information is kept up to date.
  • Ensuring that documents and details required for the onboarding are always up to date.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possesses as a minimum, 2 years’ previous work experience in online payments.
  • Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Is highly organised.
  • Is an excellent communicator
  • Has an English proficiency level of a native speaker, both written and spoken
