Our client is an innovative, international and full remote company operating in the ecommerce industry, which is looking for a highly organised and motivated Brand Manager to oversee the development of the company's products from start to finish. You will ensure that the company's goals meet the audience's needs and preferences, determine the overall vision of products and manage various backlog items. Ultimately, you will work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases and feature updates. 

Your experience

  • A strong understanding of brand management, product development and architecture. 
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Brand Manager or full life cycle Product Owner (or relevant experience to be outlined in application).
  • Knowledge of the gamification industry. 
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Competent in strategic planning and business development. 
  • Proficiency in the use of analytical tools, insight and user research. 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to prioritise tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered trends, behavior and principles. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 
  • High knowledge of the industry's competitors, stakeholders and key leaders. 
  • Some mathematical knowledge. 



  • Collaborate with existing and prospective product users to understand and anticipate the wider audiences needs; translate needs into product requirements. 
  • Analyse data to identify improvements to the company's brand; manage the product backlog and prioritise updates based on data outcome. 
  • Liaise with the wider team and end users to deliver updates; monitor and evaluate product progress throughout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the brand. 
  • Oversee all stages of product creation including design, development and implementation. 
  • Solve product related problems to fulfill business deliverable commitments. 
  • Identify industry and competitor trends; implement trends to improve and grow the company's product.
