Are you a copywriting whizz with the skills to deliver high quality content across a number of different channels?

Our client is a fast-growing innovative service provider with international exposure based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company provides tech-oriented services that facilitates clients’ business growth. They are looking to recruit a bilingual English & French speaking CRM Executive to join a team of IT professionals with experience in financial services and retail and distribution.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for the delivery of all CRM activities across a variety of channels, tracking campaigns and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in copywriting as well as using CRM tools such as Emarsys and speak English and French to a native / C2 level.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Delivery of all CRM activities on behalf of our customers across multiple markets – including e-mail, direct mail, SMS marketing, on site messaging, web push, loyalty programme(s) and other activity streams as require
  • Drive forward the performance of email marketing in terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI whilst reducing unsubscribe rates
  • Track all campaigns and report performance on a regular basis
  • Monitor customer experience across all channels and markets and make changes where required through support teams to ensure any sub-optimal items/processes/pages/etc. are optimised
  • Participate in the creation of the promotional calendar and be responsible of its execution ensuring that all bonuses, promotions and campaigns are delivered in due time
  • Content writing – you will deliver high quality content for all the different communication channels used by our partners
  • Implement testing plans to develop rich and dynamic content, subject lines and promotional offers
  • Create and implement automated lifecycle communication funnels
  • Stay up to date on the best CRM industry practises and survey the competition

Skills, Experience & Education

  • Work experience in a marketing / CRM team, either agency or client side, specialised in the online sector e.g. fintech, igaming, digital marketing
    • Experience in actively using and optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Native English & French speaker (Canadian would be considered as advantage) or equivalent thereof
  • Experience with the CRM tool Emarsys or similar
  • HTML basic knowledge would be considered a plus
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint…)
  • Copywriting experience.
