Are you an experienced Affiliate Manager with extensive knowledge of the online casino industry, looking for a new opportunity? Our client is a fast-growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure. Their goal is to provide tech-oriented, high-quality services that enable clients’ growth and success. They are looking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their team of IT, marketing, and e-commerce professionals.

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building lasting relationships with top affiliate partners. The role requires the candidate to define, implement and manage the affiliate strategy using best practices and data insights. The successful candidate will manage all affiliate marketing relationships, ensuring affiliates are driving incremental sales.

The ideal candidate will have a verifiable knowledge of the Canadian market and possess strong analytical skills, whilst being an excellent negotiator.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with assigned affiliate partners as well as acquiring new ones.
  • Monitor and analyse the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimise deals andcampaigns.
  • Reaching targets of ROI.
  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Report on results, performance, and ROI on a regular (weekly/monthly) base.
  • Keep up to date with any legal changes or requirements and ensure all affiliate partners are compliant.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
  • Vast knowledge of the online casino industry.
  • Verifiable knowledge and/or experience of the Canadian market.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO and social media).
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
