Our client is an online gaming company that offers entertainment to thousands of players from all around the world, a very well established Casino and Sports /eSports betting platform, offering a vast variety of games from the most famous providers on the market and we are constantly looking at enhancing our offers to their customers.

They are looking for a passionate and dynamic VIP Customer Support Agent to join their full remote team of talented professionals. The right candidate will be the company's ambassador, helping their VIP players with any questions they may have.

The role is on a full time basis, fully remote and can be done from any location. The shifts will be night shifts only (CET time zone).

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with our VIP players via the players preferred contact method, to answer their questions and resolve their queries, always delivering a first class VIP experience
• Always provide fast, accurate, thorough and friendly responses
• Monitor new players and current VIP players activity
• Stay fully up-to-date with all of the company's guidelines, policies and procedures and be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting our players as requested by the management team
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets, as we strive to grow our brand and develop our services

Requirements

• Native or near-native level of English
• Willingness to work night shifts (CET time zone)
• Ability to multitask and to think quickly on your feet, so that you can make solid decisions
• Previous experience in VIP support or VIP management in iGaming
