Our client is a well established company offering services to the iGaming industry. They are looking for Turkish-speaking candidates to join their Customer Service team who are in possession of EU citizenship. The successful candidate will join a family-like team operating in an informal atmosphere, where teamwork and collaboration are a fundamental part of the way in which they operate.

In this role, you will join a young, energetic team, whose main responsibility is to assist customers by answering incoming email queries, as well as providing on-site live chat and telephone support. 

Responsibilities

• Customer support via email, online chat and telephone.
• Monitoring online forums, publishing relevant information, and engaging with customers.
• Proactive customer engagement with aim to retain and reactivate customers.
• Ensure customer queries are handled in a timely and correct manner.
• Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members.
• Assist in the creation, testing and activation of various CRM promotional programs.

Requirements:

• Native Turkish speaker or equivalent
• Intermediate or pre-intermediate level of English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong typing skills.
• Be a great team player.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Previous experience in the field of customer support will be considered an asset.
