Our client is an online gaming platform offering online Casino and Sports / eSports betting that offers entertainment to thousands of players from all around the world.

They are currently looking for a passionate and hands on CFO. The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role (Senior Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Finance Manager or similar) within the online Gaming industry (eSports or Crypto experience would also be an asset). This role reports directly to the CEO.
As a key member of the newly minted leadership team, this CFO will be instrumental in establishing the company's best practices and procedures as well as setting up the Finance Department.


Responsibilities:

• Implementing systems and procedures to increase efficiency
• Setup of financial reports also for shareholders
• Evaluate risks of the business
• Building, leading and managing of the financial processes; from budgeting, to cashflow planning
• Ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the business
• Forming and managing all operational processes; including procurement / contracting framework
• Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and risk management
• Overseeing investor relations in partnership with the CEO
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team through commercial analysis of data and financial performance

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience of creating holding companies in various jurisdictions
• Experience in the iGaming industry
• Experience of working with M&As and new company formations would be an asset
• Capable of managing a team remotely
• Strong financial advisory skills
• Available to work on a fully remote basis
• Interested in working with a B2B contract
