This role requires a technical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of iGaming compliance requirements. The selected candidate will report to the Lead Technical Compliance Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement for a multitude of licenced markets
• Develop and implement technical compliance related policies and procedures
• Provide guidance, training, and support to departments throughout the company, ensuring that required compliance is integrated into all business processes
• Work with other teams to develop and implement automation of processes
• Conduct regular assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
• Ensure a control system is in place and followed to mitigate risks and prevent any breach of regulatory compliance requirements
• Advise proactively and on an ongoing basis on the impact of regulations and required actions from a technical perspective
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure that all products and services meet compliance requirements
• Manage regulatory audits
• Ensure regulatory reporting reflects the correct data and required data exists and is maintained

Required Education, Skills & Experience

• Graduate or equivlent educational standards (IT/Aalytichs/Computer Science or similar)
• Previous experience of working within compliance in igaming for highly regulated markets
• Experience in a technical role (IT)
• Experience of working with igaming Product role or Project Management
• Tech savvy / Highly computer literate
• Natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Well-versed in igaming (sportsbook and casino)
• Strong analytical skills
• Worked to ISO 9001 & ISO27001 standards (Certificate would be brilliant!)
• Solution-oriented
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience in writing policies, procedures or other technical documentation
• Strong Excel skills / willing to level up to required standard
• Dependable and capable to work largely unsupervised
• Functions well in a group / team
• Based in Malta or willing to relocate
