A highly successful igaming platform, operating multiple brands in various jurisdictions globally, is looking for a Technical Quality Assurance Engineer to join their growing QA Team. You'll be reporting straight to the Head of Technology. 

We're looking for someone who is a specialist with Playwright or Cypress, and has a solid foundation of the technologies used in web applications, like Typescript / Javascript. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop front end testing framework with mobile emphasis
• Design and develop test automation framework for platform based on standard continuous integration and delivery methodologies
• Define a test strategy and maintain test scripts to ensure data workflows
• Security testing
• Test data ingestion and aggregation workflows
• Mentor and support junior members of the team
• Identify gaps in the quality assurance, data management, and testing processes

Required Education, Technical skills & Experience

• Graduate with a BSc IT + 1 year experience in similar role
  or
• 3+ years work experience in a similar role if no degree
• Previous experience of working within the igaming industry
• Experience of working within various regulatory jurisdictions
• Strong experience with applying testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience using Playwright or Cypress
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoke
  
• Typescript / Javascript
• AWS

Much appreciated bonus attributes: 

• Experience with SonarQube, Cucumber, Cloudflare
  
• Experience of working with regulated markets

We are open to considering applicants with only 3 years' work experience and applicants with 10+ years work experience. Hence, the salary ranges from €35-55K (!)

The requirement of igaming experience is not negotiable for this role - you MUST have previous experience in igaming to be considered

This role is hybrid/remote, meaning you will be expected to work part time from the office, with the flexibility to work from home at times, as long as it suits business requirements. The office is in Birkirkara, Malta.
