A Payment Solution Provider offering tailored solutions including debit and credit cards, bank accounts and crypto is looking for a Technical Support & Integrations Specialist to join their ever growing team. 

The Tech Support & Integrations Specialist will be a true solution finder who communicates in English to a native standard = C2 both written and spoken. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries from Merchants via chat, email, and over the phone
• Guide Merchants though API integration with the aggregator (PSP)
• Guide Merchants through and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Support Merchants with viable solutions 
• Provide timely response, meeting all defined service level agreements and ensuring resolution to all reported issues
• F12 testing of bugs
• Resolve bugs as much as possible / escalate to Tech team if not possible
• Create and continuously update manual for Tech Support
• Work closely with Dev Team 

Requirements

• Experience of working with Technical Support
• Experience of working with Technical / API integrations
• Flawless communication skills in English, C2/native level, both written and spoken
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Top level of customer service mindedness
• Very high level of technical / computer literacy
• Fluent in Jira & Confluence
• QA / F12 bug testing and elimination expert
• Javascript, HTML & CSS
• SQL / databases & C# (not required but absolutely appreciated)
• Able to live and work in Malta

About the role offered:

• Starting salary €24-30K gross
• PAYE Role based in Malta, EU
• Start on a contractor basis if still abroad pending relocation
• Hybrid-Remote role (work part time from home based in Malta)
