A forward-thinking Payment Solution Provider, specializing in tailored solutions such as debit and credit cards, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency services is on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Documentation Specialist to join their dynamic and ever-growing team. In this role, you'll have the chance to work with skilled developers and contribute to the success of cutting-edge payment solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers to document newly created code, ensuring it is well-documented, organized, and easily understandable
• Generate detailed technical documentation for various processes, offering insights into the inner workings of systems and solutions
• Develop comprehensive API specifications, detailing endpoints, data formats, authentication methods, and usage guidelines
• Produce clear, user-friendly instructions, guides, and journals to empower users in effectively utilizing payment solutions

Education, Skills & Experience

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• 2+ years experience within the Fintech industry
• Fluency in English at a near-native or native level
• Experience in using Confluence, Figma, or other creative writing tools
• A genuine passion for writing and a keen interest in crafting well-structured technical documentation
• Proficiency in technical terminology, ensuring accurate communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences
• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all documentation
• Self-motivation and diligence in managing your work independently while meeting deadlines

Salary of up €25K depending on experience. The role is based in Malta and no work permits will be provided.

This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work.
