Are you a highly energetic individual with a positive, enthusiastic attitude? Our client is a content provider for the iGaming industry, offering a multi-product portfolio in slots, live casino, and bingo. They are looking to recruit an Italian speaking Live Dealer to join their team in Bucharest, Romania.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. Strong presentation skills and a vibrant personality are crucial as you'll be presenting casino games live on camera.

The successful candidate will be a customer-minded individual with positive energy who can deliver a great experience to players.

Candidates must be prepared to work 24/7 shifts, with rotations from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, totaling five days a week (including weekends) with two days off.

Role & Responsibilities

• Host and deal various casino games in a live studio streamed to real players within a rotating shift environment
• Participate in table promotions and both internal and external media campaigns
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality
• Present all games professionally, showcasing exceptional presenting skills
• Interact with and provide engaging experiences for live players
• Maintain technical proficiency in all games and comply with current legislation

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills in Italian at a C2/native level
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality
• Ability to sustain high energy levels throughout games requiring animated performances
• Flexibility with working hours and commitment to 24/7 shifts
• Reliability with good attendance and timekeeping records
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills for this customer-facing role
• Ability to think quickly and maintain composure under pressure, demonstrating accuracy, discipline, and discretion

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package starting at €1,709 gross monthly, increasing to €2,051 gross monthly after three months. Benefits include medical insurance, annual bonuses, and a relocation package to Romania.
