A market-leading sports betting operator based in Malta is looking for a French-Speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Support and Responsible Gaming, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for players.

This hybrid-remote role offers a competitive salary of up to €35,250 DOE + a fixed €5,000 bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of player accounts to ensure adherence to RG policies
• Monitor player behaviors to identify signs of problematic gaming
• Serve as a key contact point for players seeking RG-related support or information
• Generate detailed monthly and quarterly reports on RG metrics and KPIs
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of player interactions and interventions for regulatory purposes
• Assist in the development and refinement of RG policies and procedures
• Provide coaching to Customer Support agents to strengthen RG practices
• Lead internal training sessions to enhance employee understanding of RG principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote responsible gaming and mitigate risks
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement RG campaigns
• Oversee and distribute daily tasks for the Protection Agents

Education, Skills & Experience

• Native-level proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in English at a C2 level
• At least 2 years of experience in Responsible Gaming within the igaming sector (non-negotiable)
• Fluency in Dutch is a plus
• A strong sense of ethics and a genuine passion for promoting Responsible Gaming
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
