Our client, a leading online casino platform, is seeking a Danish-Speaking Responsible Gaming (RG) Analyst to join their dynamic team in Msida, Malta. Known for their innovative features and extensive selection of casino games, this company is committed to delivering an exceptional and responsible gaming experience for players.

This is an office-based role in Msida, offering a salary of €28K + a 10% bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contact at-risk players via phone or email to provide support, manage self-exclusions, and process account blocking as per internal policies
• Analyse risk-scoring reports to detect signs of problematic gaming behavior
• Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling
• Assess and manage escalated self-excluded players, including risk assessments and refunds for eligible cases
• Prepare and review detailed follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Work with senior management on complex cases, offering recommendations to enhance player protection
• Assist vulnerable players with a solution-oriented approach
• Collaborate with the Responsible Gaming Management team to promote a culture of RG through awareness campaigns and training
• Suggest improvements to RG operational processes and activities

Education, Skills & Experience

• Native-level fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English at a C1+ level
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support within igaming
• Strong attention to detail and a flexible, positive approach to challenges
• An interest in addiction psychology and knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices
• A great listener with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
