Our client, an online casino platform, is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Finnish Speaking to join their team in Msida, Malta. This company is well known for the wide range of casino games they offer, as well as their innovative features and commitment to delivering a top-tier gaming experience for their players.

The company is offering a salary of €25K and the role is fully office-based.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide prompt solutions to players in a professional manner
• Identifying and supporting players in an issues that they encounter
• Providing detailed information to customers about products, policies, promotions etc
• Updating customer accounts
• Understanding, guiding, supporting customers in responsible gambling
• Understanding AML (anti money laundering) and report suspicious activity
• Collaborating with Fraud and Payments Team

Education, Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Finnish at a C2 or native level
• Fluent in English both written and spoken at a C1 level
• Good listening skills with an emphatic approach
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Detail orient and able to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
• Willing to work on shift basis
