An award-winning igaming company with multiple brands, and verticals including casino, sportsbook and live casino, is looking for a data-driven, German speaking CRM Operations Manager to enhance the performance of their already successful CRM team.
Planning Campaigns in line with the strategies for each of the brands, you will liaise with colleagues in other departments to achieve the Company's goals, through designing highly efficient CRM initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create long-term, strategic CRM plans for each brand & verticle
- Outline activation, retention and reactivation strategies
- Lead and guide brand-teams to ensure each vision is adopted and adhered to
- Constantly seek to improve customer experience and ROI
- A/B testing and tweaking of materials to ensure best possible performance
- Create scalable and automated forms of testing to be able to analyse results
- Work closely with BI team to ensure analysis of campaigns are correct and to be able to present simplified data (translate) to non-data driven stakeholders
- Work to set KPIs and set KPIs for each team to measure performance better
Expertise, Experience & Education
- Specific education in analytics / data science / e-commerce
- Fluent / Native (C2) level of written and spoken German
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Previous experience of working in a managerial role with CRM for the German speaking market within the igaming industry
- Proven track record of driving successful CRM campaigns online, for the German speaking market (within igaming)
- Interest and experience with working with the igaming customer journey
- Highly numerate, accurate, and with a strong focus on detail
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to engage internal teams for better performance
- Versatile in terms of communication on "all levels"
The company offers excellent emplpoyment terms and a unique, beautiful office in the central igaming district of Malta. The role is office-based in Malta, with some remote flexibility measures in place, due to the COVID-19 situation.
