With an increased focus on growth on the German speaking market, an igaming operator with multiple brands and verticals are looking for a German speaking VIP Account Manager to build strong relationships with VIP clients and increase brand loyalty and revenues.
Working within the VIP team with several other VIP Account Managers, you will provide top notch service and support to VIP clients; assisting them with their queries, and help reactivate lapsed players in order to increase brand recognition, revenue and profits.
This role is a mix of service and sales and your performance has a direct impact on your pay-check. As a top performer, you can increase your already excellent salary significantly with monthly and yearly bonuses!
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver a superb, personalised service to your VIP clients
- Create and maintain a high level of loyalty with your VIP clients
- Monitor individual customer performance and ensure that bonuses and other incentives are offered in accordance with business requirements
- Proactively make outbound calls to clients providing VIP clients with information and promotional opportunities
- Work to targets and deadlines whilst sticking to a budget
- Work Product and Brand Manager teams to increase player activity
- Monitor the customer base for new VIP customer potential
- Work alongside Marketing and Events teams to plan and execute events; entertain and host clients at local events and abroad (pending travel/safety measures)
- Systematically maintain logs with information
- Create and deliver client performance reports within the team
Experience & Atttibutes
- Astute communicator both verbally and in writing in German (native / C2 level)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1)
- In-depth understanding of the German casino / betting verticals
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience from working with igaming on the German speaking market
- Proven track-record of successfully supporting VIP clients
- Target driven; you are motivated by exceeding expectations!
- Able to accept “ownership” of your VIP clients – you’ll be flexible and sometimes available outside of office hours!
- A true team-player – you will share information & discuss ideas with your fellow VIP Account Manager team members to ensure the team is in tune and work towards the same goals
