Our client, a rapidly growing casino and sportsbook expanding its footprint in the Norwegian market, is seeking to hire several new VIP Managers. Fluency in Norwegian is essential, as you’ll be interacting with VIPs, designing promotions, and managing phone communications. Top-tier communication skills are a must for this role.ż

Basic salary from 25,400 BGN- 55,000 BGN gross depending on seniority.

Up to 5000 BGN gross monthly KPI related bonuses

= up to 115,000 BGN total annual salary incl bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
• Assess and resolve clients' issue
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performanc
• Meet or exceed KPI target
• Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Native communication-skills in written Norwegian
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• 2+ years' proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
• Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
• Previous experience of working with VIP players on the Norwegian market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role
