Junior Administration Clerk
Due to growth this independent advisory firm with a successful practice in Malta is looking for a Junior Administration Clerk to join their offices and help with various administrative tasks including postings to the company’s accounting software. This opportunity may be suitable as a first job for someone that is well educated and willing to learn. However, candidates with previous experience are of course welcome to apply. My client prides itself with offering sound and bespoke advice to their wide variety of clients and offer excellent career prospects.
Salary up to €20k
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely & accurate postings
- Maintaining accurate data on the system
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitoring of payments
- Issuing of invoices
- Day-to-day administration work and correspondence
- Assisting in preparation of periodic reports
Required Skills & Experience
- High school education
- English is a must Maltese would be an asset
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience within an advisory environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and proficient computer use is required
