An igaming company based in Malta and operating in the Belgian market is currently looking for a CRM Operations Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Retention Marketing, the selected candidate will be responsible for executing CRM initiatives and will collaborate closely with other CRM Executives to ensure effective communication with players

The role is open to Dutch/Flemish speakers and is offered on a hybrid remote basis, with a salary of up to €31K, depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Planning and executing CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels, including: Email, SMS, Web push notifications, Pop-ups, App notifications, On-site messaging
• Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of promotions, game launches, tournaments, and sports content
• Assisting in drafting design briefs and proofreading promotional content in Flemish
• Ensuring all marketing communications comply with legal and regulatory guidelines
• Supporting the CRM team in delivering integrated campaigns and handling day-to-day operational tasks
• Collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and Customer Support teams
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven insights
• Developing a strong understanding of customer behaviour across all segments to tailor communications effectively

Education, Skills and Experience

• Native-level fluency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken)
• Fluency in French (C2 or native level) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level or above)
• 2+ years of experience in a CRM role within the Belgian market
• Previous experience working with online casino products
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
