A dynamic igaming company based in Malta, known for its bold branding and innovative approach to online casino entertainment, is currently looking for a Finnish Customer Support Agent to join their team.

The role is hybrid and offers a salary of €26K + bonus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Communicating with players via chat and email
• KYC reviews
• Offering top-tier support to enhance player satisfaction
• Providing insight into customer feedback
• Working closely with the rest of the team

Education, Skills and Experience

• Native-level Finnish
• Fluency in English (C1+ level, written and spoken)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Previous igaming experience is a plus
• Willingness to work on shifts
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards players
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
