An established igaming operator with a strong portfolio of online casino brands, headquartered in Sliema, Malta, is currently on the lookout for a Finnish-speaking VIP Player Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will support VIP operations by nurturing relationships with high-value players, ensuring top-tier customer service, and working closely with both the Operations and Marketing departments.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of €40K with a performance-based annual bonus of up to €400/month.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Support customers through various communication channels
• Manage and exceed KPIs while maximising player value
• Develop and execute VIP strategies, programs, and initiatives

Skills and Experience

• Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills in English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP management within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue
• Detail-oriented and well-organised
• Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
