Corporate Services Assistant Manager
Market leading CSP offering bespoke client solutions urgently needs a Corporate Services Assistant Manager to join their successful team. As a Corporate Services Assistant Manager you will play a key role in supporting the teams’ operations by looking after a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.
Salary up to €50K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Leading internal projects and remaining updated of legal developments affecting the department
- Reviewing and enhancing internal procedures
- Managing new business enquiries and coordinating onboarding processes
- Mentoring staff to reach their full potential and delivering induction programmes for new team members
- Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance requirements
- Assisting the Manager in preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the team
- Supporting departmental strategy and business development initiatives
- Developing performance metrics to assess departmental effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Handling escalations and resolving complex corporate services-related issues in collaboration with senior management
Education, Skills & Experience
- Around five years of experience in the Corporate Services industry
- University degree
- In-depth knowledge of Company and Trust legislation
- Strong command of English (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Effective multitasker
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

- Hybrid – Office based with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August – On Fridays we leave at 2pm!)
