Market leading CSP offering bespoke client solutions urgently needs a Junior Executive to join their successful team. As a Junior Executive you will play a key role in supporting the teams’ operations by looking after a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.

Salary up to €28K depending on the experience

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing a small portfolio of clients
• Learn how to address their needs in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory procedures
• Prepare corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance
• Maintain an organised and structured client filing system
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal departments
• Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit and the VAT Department

Skills and Experience

• Around one years of experience in a corporate or administrative role
• High school diploma or university degree (minimum at MQF level 5)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Shows enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new tasks
