A brilliant opportunity for a driven Turkish Speaking VIP Account Manager who enjoys engaging with players and is highly results-oriented.
Being a native Turkish speaker is a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years of experience in iGaming, including at least 1 year in VIP Management.

Salary: From 2,000 to 5,900 BGN net/month, depending on seniority.
Bonus: Up to 5,000 BGN/month based on KPIs.
Please note: Due to the urgency of the role, we can only consider candidates with an EU passport.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email, and phone
• Identify and onboard potential VIP clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Attend live and streamed VIP events
• Evaluate and provide feedback on KPI-related areas
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of VIP programs

Required Skills & Experience

• Native Turkish speaker (written and spoken)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of iGaming experience, including 1+ year in VIP Management
• Experience working with VIP players from the Turkish market

About This Role

• Location: Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Salary: 2,000–5,900 BGN net/month
• Bonus: Up to 5,000 BGN/month based on KPIs
• Relocation: Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to Bulgaria
• Work hours: Shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 (no overnight shifts)
• Remote work: Late shifts may be done from home
• Note: This role is not remote or hybrid; it is fully office-based, except for late shifts
