One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Senior Corporate Executive. As a Senior Corporate Executive, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the teams’ operations by looking after a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.

Salary up to €40K depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and create company registers

• Efficiently handle client requests in relation to their companies and offer sound advice

• Take ownership with the preparation and submission of statutory filings

• Liaising with the various departments in order to provide an efficient 360 service to the corporate clients

• Collect and verify the relevant due diligence in order to make sure all clients are compliant and legitimate

• Attending corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes

Skills and Experience

• Must possess sound understanding of Maltese company law

• Articulate with excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese (non-negotiable)

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative

• Client centric and able to offer a first-class service to clients from diverse backgrounds
