Office Coordinator
We are urgently searching for an Office Coordinator to join a fun and busy office in the heart of Sliema, catering for the iGaming industry.
The role suits someone who loves being busy, who is depenable, organized, and enregetic. You must be and excellent communicator, solcially adept, love to plan and execute, of course have a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate should be approachable and have good communication and interpersonal skills whilst possess a positive and solution-focused mindset.
Starting salary €24K
Role & Responsibilities 
- Main contact for all office related matters
- Ensure the office is always top notch
- Manage the schedules of key staff members
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, transport etc.
- Manage Office Petty Cash budget and spreadsheet
- Manage employees’ expenditures and reimbursements
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and in good working order
- Prepare orders to ensure office supplies and equipment maintain stock levels
- Keep logs of all equipment (i.e. laptops, screens etc) and maintain asset records
- Plan and help arrange for office “dos” like team get-togethers, parties & dinners
- Manage office deliveries and keep records thereof (delivery notes etc)
- Liaise closely with accounts dept to assist with filing of deliveries and expenses
- Act assistant to your colleagues: help with copying, filing, answering phones and general admin
- Assist HR with onboarding of new members of staff (arrange work station, order equipment required etc)
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment, managing reception / office management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work largely unsupervised
- Driven and capable of managing several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Computer and internet literate
- Dependable
- Loves to form part of a collaborative team
