This is a full-time, office-based role with an annual salary of €26,400.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to players via chat and email
• Investigate issues to understand and resolve players’ needs
• Cross-sell and promote opportunities across products
• Conduct KYC and handle document verification
• Identify Responsible Gambling (RG) concerns and provide appropriate support
• Escalate cases to relevant departments when necessary

Skills and Experience

• Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher
• Previous experience in live chat customer support
• Willingness to work shifts between 8 am – 1 am, with potential night shifts if needed
• Strong listening skills with a warm, empathetic approach
• Genuine ability to put the player first
