One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Client Relations Officer to join their Immigration and Tax Department.

In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients throughout their immigration process, acting as a key point of contact, preparing documentation, liaising with authorities, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to €35K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing guidance throughout the immigration process
• Liaise with various authorities and stakeholders as needed
• Prepare documentation and forms based on information provided by clients
• Finalise and submit immigration applications to the relevant government entities
• Monitor ongoing cases, track deadlines, and ensure all expiration dates are adhered to
• Accompany and support clients during visits to government entities

Education, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, client-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
