A Malta-based boutique law firm, renowned for providing specialised legal services to a diverse range of clients, is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Associate to assist our team of lawyers. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K (depending on experience) plus an attractive bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in providing legal advice across areas including Financial Services, Gaming Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Tax Law

• Draft, review, and organise legal documents and contracts

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support client work

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders under the guidance of senior lawyers

Education, Skills & Experience

• Law degree from a reputable university

• Possess the warrant to practice as a lawyer in Malta

• Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience

• Postgraduate experience in Financial Services, Gaming Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or Tax Law is a plus

• Fluent in Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive, able to work independently, and capable of assisting in multiple legal matters efficiently

• Professional, client-focused, and able to represent the firm in interactions with both local and international clients
