Our client, an iGaming company dedicated to delivering an excellent user experience, is currently looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.

This is a hybrid role in St. Julians with a salary of €26K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist players via email and chat

• Understand players’ needs and address issues promptly

• Identify possible Responsible Gambling concerns and risk-related red flags

• Cooperate with and escalate cases to external teams to ensure the right solutions are found

Education, Skills & Experience

• Native-level fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)

• Fluency in English at C1 level

• Estonian fluency is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, empathetic, and solution-focused approach

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify well-being concerns

• Able to handle difficult conversations professionally

• Capable of working independently and within a team
