Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.

This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €30K depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support clients on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including corporate, commercial, and regulated industries

• Advise clients on matters related to legal and compliance, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements relevant to client operations

• Support the day-to-day management of client obligations imposed by regulatory and supervisory authorities

• Keep yourself updated with laws, regulations, and market trends while ensuring compliance

• Provide training to clients and members of staff in matters related to internal processes, procedures, and use of systems

• Contribute to the continuous development of the company’s services and internal knowledge

Education, Skills & Experience

• LL.D. or M.Adv. degree (or equivalent), with a valid Maltese warrant

• 3+ years of experience in a similar legal role within the advisory space

• Fluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and verbal

• Proven knowledge of laws related to CSPs, MGA, MFSA, and Trusts and Trustees

• Strong critical thinking skills with experience advising diverse, international clients

• Excellent communication skills, good listener, with the ability to work both independently and within a team

• Organised, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
