Technical Problem Solver / Systems Administrator

This one is available to persons who are eligible to live and work in Europe, as our client, a market-leading company in automotive data and SaaS solutions, is looking for a Technical Problem Solver / Systems Administrator to join their growing team a.s.a.p. and does not want to wait long.

This is an office-first role, offering a salary of up to 59,000 SEK/m+ benefits (see below).
Role & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain systems across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments
Automate processes and workflows using scripting (Bash, Ansible, or other tools)
Perform general network management and troubleshooting, including L2/L3 technical support for internal teams and customers
Maintain and optimize core services running on Debian-based systems (PHP, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis)
Support local development environments, primarily Docker-based across Windows, Linux, or macOS workstations
Record and document technical issues, solutions, and recurring challenges
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams
Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, security, and internal processes
Take ownership of varied tasks across the technology stack
Education, Skills & Experience
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Fluent communication skills in Swedish would be a distinct advantage
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Proven experience in system administration or DevOps roles
Excellent knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS administration
Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Ansible, or similar tools)
Familiarity with network management and troubleshooting
Experience with Docker and containerized development environments
Broad technical knowledge with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Additional skills in JavaScript, high availability/redundancy setups, Consul, Quasar, SQL, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP) are a plus
Solution-finder with a service-oriented mindset
Happy to collaborate with distributed teams
About the role
Salary: up to 59,000 SEK per month + bonus
Hybrid working – up to 2 days from home per week following probation
5 weeks of paid holiday (6 weeks for employees 40+)
