Our client, a boutique CSP based in Ta’ Xbiex, is currently looking for an Audit Assistant to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Malta who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or a related field) or are currently pursuing ACCA certification.

This role is office-based and offer a salary of up to €32K plus benefits

Role & Responsibilities

• Build & maintain a strong relationship within a diverse portfolio of clients

• Manage audits assignments for various clients

• Identify audit risks and suggest improvements to processes

• Review and prepare financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAPSME 

Education, Skills, and Experience 

• Degree in Accounting or a related field

• Ideally with either a formal education in accounts or starting their ACCA exams

• Fluency in English at a C2/Native level, both written and spoken

• 2+ years of experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem solver with good time management skills
