Our client, a Tax & Legal company specialising in international taxation and business, is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s marketing strategy.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans

• Create fresh and original content for campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and client communications

• Monitor advertised campaigns across relevant platforms

• Collaborate with external stakeholders on design, PR, and other marketing requirements

• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports and refining strategies to improve results

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives

• Keep the client database up to date

• Identify and attend industry conferences, events, and corporate forums

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, including post-event follow-ups

• Liaise with legal entities as required

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within law, finance, or consulting firms in Malta

• Fluency in English at C2/Native level, both written and spoken

• Proven experience executing successful digital and social media campaigns

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software

• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills

About the role

• Salary up to €30K plus performance bonuses, and regular appraisals
