One of Malta’s leading professional organisations is looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Advisor to join their team. This role offers the chance to manage complex residency and citizenship matters, navigate international laws, and provide a high-quality client experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is an office-based role with flexible working hours, offering a salary of up to €42K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on residency-by-investment, Golden Visa schemes, and complex family migration matters

• Develop immigration strategies aligned with clients’ personal, financial, and long-term goals.

• Manage the full lifecycle of immigration applications, from consultation to final approval

• Liaise with government authorities, private banks, legal professionals, tax advisors, and family offices

• Ensure cross-border immigration processes align with clients’ financial and legal structures

• Conduct thorough internal due diligence in line with compliance and regulatory standards

• Stay updated on changes in local and international immigration laws and policies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships

Education, Skills & Experience

• Tertiary-level education in a relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience in immigration law, advisory services, or related in Malta - non-negotiable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2/native level)

• Strong knowledge of residency and citizenship programmes, and global mobility frameworks

• Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive client information

• Willingness to travel internationally
