A well-established igaming operator based in St. Julians, Malta, is expanding their Customer Support team and is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German speaking players.

This is an office-based role, offering a salary of €28K + benefits (see below for full list).

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting players via chat, phone, and email

• Report technical issues and market insights

• Log customer contacts, transactions and comments accurately

• Ensure that integrity and data protection procedures are followed when maintaining customer records

Skills and Experience

• Fluency in German at a native level both written and spoken

• Fluency in English both written and spoken

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-service/support role

• Experience of working in an online support environment is preferred

• Experience in sports betting will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work on shifts on weekdays and weekends
