A local established CSP is looking for a Billing Clerk to join their Finance Department. In this role, you will manage invoicing, maintain customer ledgers, and support day-to-day financial operations.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K, depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately

• Assist clients with invoice-related queries

• Maintain customer ledgers

• Ensure deadlines are consistently met

• Stay updated with relevant legal changes

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of A-levels in Accounts

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Native-level fluency in Maltese both written and spoken - non-negotiable

• Strong English communication skills

• Proficient wis MS365 applications especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
