Capital Markets Manager
JobMatchingPartner is looking for an experienced and driven Capital Markets Manager to support the Head of Capital Markets within an established fintech company. In this role, you will support the execution of the firm’s capital markets strategy, originate and manage key transactions, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business.
You will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing capital markets deals, while ensuring all transactions are compliant and run smoothly.
This is an office-based role and offers a salary of up to €50K.
Role & Responsibilities
Support the Head of Capital Markets with strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution
Originate, structure, and manage debt and equity capital markets transactions
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and support deal evaluation
Prepare presentations, offering materials, and transaction documentation
Assist in the preparation of offering documents, term sheets, and related deal materials
Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Track transaction pipeline, market updates, and execution timelines
Represent the team in meetings and industry events
Education, Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or a similar field, with proven experience in transaction execution
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of debt and equity capital markets, financial instruments, deal structuring, and capital raising strategies across public and private markets
Experience executing complex financial transactions or raising capital, with strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong experience preparing high-quality presentations and transaction documents
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure, with sound commercial judgement when assessing financial opportunities and risks
