A well-established fintech group in Malta is looking for a Capital Market Analyst to join their team. The chosen candidate will be part of a small but dynamic team that assists applicants in obtaining a listing on a recognised stock exchange. This role requires a mix of skills, with a strong focus on numbers.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including regulators, market operators, and other professionals within the capital markets industry.

This is an office-based role and offers a salary of up to €35K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse financial information

• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis summaries

• Support the review of financial due diligence reports

• Prepare and file listing application documentation

• Research applicable laws and regulatory frameworks

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders

• Proofread documentation

• Provide general administrative support

Education, Skills & Experience

• A-level standard of education in Accounting or a related field

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Open to candidates with strong aptitude and interest in financial analysis

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Comfortable working with numbers and motivated to develop financial analysis and report writing skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail
