Corporate Services Officer - Onboarding Team
Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their team. This is the right opportunity for someone who would like to handle the onboarding process for new clients, including company incorporations, while working closely with the compliance and corporate teams.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K.
Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients during onboarding
Manage onboarding process for new clients
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, review, and verify KYC and AML documentation
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and AML frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Prepare documents for submission to the MBR
Support the preparation of incorporation packs and related documentation
Maintain accurate onboarding records
Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure efficient turnaround
Escalate any risks or issues to the Team Manager
Hand over successfully onboarded clients to the internal team
Education, Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in corporate services, legal, compliance, financial services, or a related field
Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken
Exposure to company incorporations or MBR procedures is a plus
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Multitasking with the ability to prioritise work effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Problem solver with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn
About the Role
Salary of up to €30K depending on experience
Hybrid with flexible hours – Fridays the office closes at 14:00
