Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Malta, is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the onboarding process for new clients, including company incorporations, while working closely with the compliance and corporate teams.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €45K, depending on experience.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding

• Coordinate with internal team to collect, review, and verify KYC and AML documentation

• Prepare incorporation documents for submission to the MBR

• Maintain accurate onboarding records

• Support the preparation of incorporation packs and related documentation

• Monitor onboarding timelines to ensure efficient turnaround and service level expectations

• Identify and escalate any risks or issues to the Team Manager

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and AML frameworks

• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

• Hand over successfully onboarded clients to the internal team

Education, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in corporate services, legal, compliance, or financial services – in an onboarding or client acceptance role

• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in Malta

• Fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken

• Familiarity with company incorporations and MBR procedures

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
