Our client, a well-established CSP in Malta, is looking for a Corporate Services Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for those who want to manage a regulated portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and take ownership of client delivery within this industry.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary up to €45K plus performance bonus.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle daily client requests relating to the administration of their companies

• Prepare and submit statutory filings with the MBR

• Attend and take minutes of board meetings

• Open and close bank accounts and liaise with banks regularly

• Keep company registers in line with the Companies Act

• Collaborate with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers

• Liaise with the MBR and other authorities

• Collect and verify due diligence documentation in accordance with KYC procedures

• Ensure ongoing monitoring and compliance requirements for client portfolios are up to date

• Manage records within internal systems and databases

• Honour service level agreements

• Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within corporate, legal, or financial services

• Relevant qualifications in a related field (tertiary education preferred)

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Can-do attitude with the ability to provide excellent service to clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

• Highly organised with strong time management skills

• Able to work independently

• Proficient in MS Office
