Relationship Manager
Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing the end-to-end application process for residence and citizenship programs, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their advisors.
This is a role based in Malta, with hybrid working available after probation, offering a salary of up to €30K.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients and their advisors throughout the entire application process
Build and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships
Manage the end-to-end compilation and submission of client applications for residence and citizenship programs
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate application processing
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to maximise client retention and business growth
Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and confident throughout the process
Proactively anticipate client needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
Stay up to date with relevant regulations and developments in the residence and citizenship space
Education, Skills & Experience
Undergrad degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
Master's or other advanced degree is a plus
Fluent in English, written and spoken
3+ years in account management, client relationship management, or a similar client-facing role in financial services, investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management
Track record of building and maintaining client relationships across different levels
Able to spot opportunities to cross-sell the company's services
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
About the Role
Salary of up to €30K
Hybrid (offered post-probation)
35 hours/week with standard office hours from 9:00 - 17:00 (incl 1 hr break)
