Our client, a growing advisory firm based in Malta, is currently looking for a Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of High-Net Worth clients where you will take ownership of complex cases from start to finish.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €45K.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HNW clients, building strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional intermediaries along the way

• Take full ownership of complex, high-value cases, making sure the client experience stays smooth and professional from start to finish

• Coordinate all client requirements — documentation, accommodation, transportation, biometrics, and other relocation-related arrangements

• Prepare and review client documentation and submissions accurately, with minimal supervision

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams to keep deadlines on track and client requirements met

• Assist in the prepartion and oversee Letters of Engagement, agreements, and other administrative documentation

• Support junior team members by sharing your knowledge and best practices

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in client relationship management, administration, immigration, relocation, financial services, or professional services is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience working with HNW clients or professional intermediaries is a plus

• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment is considered an asset

• Strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask while respecting deadlines

• Reliable and proactive, with a professional approach and strong sense of ownership
