Support & Responsible Gaming Advisor - NL/FR/EN
We have a really interesting and rewarding job for which we need to find a unique candidate: We're looking for an empathetic and engaging person with experience from working with customer support in the igaming industry, who speaks Dutch and French to a native standard, and be fluent in English. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support and responsible gaming guidance to Dutch, French, and English-speaking players
- Communicate with customers via online chat, email, and telephone.
- Assess, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues
- KYC checks
- Assess risk / detect fraudulent activities
- Monitor and analyse player behavior to identify possible signs of problematic gambling
- Utilize available tools and systems to detect patterns of problematic gambling behaviours
- Act as the primary point of contact for players seeking information or assistance related to responsible gaming practices
- Educate customers on responsible gambling practices and support those seeking assistance with self-exclusion or limits
- Engage with players in a supportive and empathetic manner to address their concerns
- Act as a resource for customers, offering information and guidance
- Liaise internally with other teams and document all interactions systematically and thoroughly
Skills and Experience
- Fluent to a native level (C2) in Dutch and French
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience of working in igaming customer support
- Understanding of KYC and basic responsible gaming principles
- Customer-centric with ability to engage empathetically with others
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Dynamic, proactive and driven
- Highly IT literate and solution focused
- Happy to share knowledge and learn from others
- Team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Ability to set priorities effectively
- Integrity beyond reproach
