Experienced Sales Executive - German speaker

With the Firm’s dedication to exceptional personal service and a world-class rapid response-to-resolution time, they are now looking to grow their team of Sales and Service Executives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to strategize and implement business development initiatives. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic salary of up to €36K + excellent KPI-related bonus
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide clients with expert advice on financial products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FX, Equities, and Futures markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Create and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
- Represent the Firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of FX, Equities, Futures, and related financial products
- Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
- A “Closer” mentality coupled with natural service-mindedness
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Native level German speaker
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- High level of personal and professional integrity
